Florante fermented white wine

Vino Blanco Fermentado Florante of Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O. Utiel Requena grapes Tardana (6%), Macabeo (20%), Sauvignon (20%) and Chardonnay (54%).

Fermented in Bordeaux casks designed and manufactured for white wines, the forests of Allier and Nevers (France) made with toasted light and clear planks. Breeding occurs with systematic battonages retightening a silky bouquet and an elegant harmony materialized in a broth that is bottled at the beginning of May.

Alcohol content: 13%

Lágrima abundante y persistente. De color oro blanco, cristalino, límpido, con brillos irisados de amarillo pajizo y reflejos dorados.

NOSE

MOUTH

En boca destaca una buena acidez que le aporta frescura. De textura suave y glicerinosa, y un postgusto final suave y elegante, resultando un vino perfumado y armónico. Un vino aromático, equilibrado, seco, con buena estructura y una excelente acidez.
