The Wine white EKAM of the wineries Castell d´encus is vintage manual in small boxes of 10 Kg, a part of the same has been done with a grape with noble poorness. Vinified in small 25-50 hl low-temperature inks.
The grape comes from its own vineyards located at the top of the mountain at an altitude of 1,000 meters, they are 85% Riesling and 15% Albariño.
