The work is done by hand, with the greatest respect for the environment, to let the terroir express itself. The vinifications are natural and no contribution or filtering is made. His elaboration style is simple and similar in all of them. His current winery is very small and with hardly any technological means, they are purely artisan wines. Fermentations in deposits with indigenous yeasts (with contact with the skins in the case of the reds with a boiled grape for 2-3 weeks), a period near 1.5 or 2 years are raised in barrel. Non -filtered, not clarified and null or minimum use of sulfur at the time of bottling
