Bruno Beat Make this White Wine Domaine Blessed Creamant BDB La Bulle D´Amelie 2018, 100% Chardonnay of 2018 with fine and fresh bubble that turns on with apple and pear notes. In the mouth a pleasant acidity in balance with the rest, a mineral component of flint for a complex, long and succulent set. 

On the heights of Cumières, in Champagne, Bruno Blessed debuted with Champagne Georges Laval, along with Vincent Laval, who transmitted his passion for wine. In November 2016, Bruno decided to settle in Jura, where he felt more in tune with nature. He quickly seduced by Arlay's terroir and created the Domaine Besimé. Today, he operates 3.2 hectares of vineyards there, where Chardonnay, Savagnin, Tousseau and Pinot Noir are code. The work is done by hand, with the greatest respect for the environment, to let the terroir express itself. The vinifications are natural and no contribution or filtering is made. His elaboration style is simple and similar in all of them. His current winery is very small and with hardly any technological means, they are purely artisan wines. Fermentations in deposits with indigenous yeasts (with contact with the skins in the case of the reds with a boiled grape for 2-3 weeks), a period near 1.5 or 2 years are raised in barrel. Non -filtered, not clarified and null or minimum use of sulfur at the time of bottling
