Wine white Cimbrón Rueda Verdejo selection of the D.O. Rueda Winery Felix Sanz , is evocative and aromatic. With a maceration of 50% of the Verdejogrape, it facilitates the extraction of aromas and its subsequent ageing on Lees gives volume and longevity.
A wine with straw yellow colour, with intensity is medium and deep hues. Dominated by herbaceous tones and balsamic echoes, with hints of fruit of bone and citrus tones that give it flavor.
Pleasant in its entry on the palate, aromatic and satiny. Fresh, elegant, soft and at the same time structured, is ideal to serve at a temperature of between 8 and 10 ° C with all kinds of starters.

NOSE
Aroma potente intenso, carácter varietal del Verdejo muy marcado donde predominan tonos herbáceos y ecos balsámicos, con fondo anisado muy persistente complementado con matices de fruta de hueso y tonos cítricos que le aportan frescor.
MOUTH
