SPANISH WHITE WINE TERRAS GAUDA 2012 - LIMITED EDITION

Widely awarded was the first wine produced by the winery, and responds faithfully to the tradition of the legendary Albariño.

Part of the IO Rias Baixas.

This made from the Albariño grape variety, which has been collected in Goian, a vineyard
own cellar higher altitude, where the humidity is lower, temperatures are
Fresh and slower ripening.

The harvest is manual, the grapes are transported to the winery in boxes weighing no more than 20 kg, thus preventing the grape breaks.

After 6 hours of cold maceration, traditional fermentation took place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Part of a limited edition called Sailor 2012.

The nose is notable for its expressiveness, including white flowers, fresh aroma and fresh fruits.
 
Very well balanced palate with good acidity, tasty and fruity.
