The White Rum Bisabuelo is the most immediate result of sugar cane juice distillation. From selected cane, the authentic essence of sugar cane is obtained. It is a complex and engaging white rum, with predominant citrus, floral, and banana aromas on the palate.
The process begins with the cutting of the cane by local farmers. Once the cane reaches the factory, the milling process begins to extract the juice. Subsequently, the juice is left to ferment for 48-60 hours before the distillation process begins.
Finally, the process is completed with proper aging and mastery in creating the best blends.

MOUTH
