Nose:
Impact smoke and peat, vanilla, sweet, chocolate, citrus and honey notes.
Mouth:
Confirm the flavors to peat that fill the mouth then gives way to the smoky, chocolate, nutmeg, salt, mint, and a slight taste astringent to the Fund.
PAIRING
Perfect for seafood, fish, smoked fish, caviar, chocolate or Comté cheese.
