The Catto completo 12 years Whisky was produced with malts without peat lands of Speyside and mixed with grains of the same territory to produce a blend with a lot of intensity. Subsequently, the distillate is aged for 12 years in American oak barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon.
As authentic mix of Catto's is characterized by a better percentage of single malt to other Blended Scotch Whisky, bringing more complexity and at the same time gentle to taste well integrated.
The Whisky Catto completo 12 years is made by James Catto'sDistillery, which makes one of the first Scotch Whisky Blend of history. The House was founded in 1861, in Aberdeen and is named after its founder innovator.
