Belvedere es una marca de vodka de lujo que se produce en Polonia. La marca fue creada en 1993 por el empresario polaco Ryszard S. Kacperczyk, quien quería producir un vodka de alta calidad que pudiera competir con las marcas más exclusivas del mercado.
El vodka Belvedere se elabora con centeno de primera calidad y agua purificada de un pozo artesiano situado en la ciudad de Zyrardow, en Polonia. El centeno se fermenta y destila en pequeños lotes en un proceso que se lleva a cabo cuatro veces para garantizar la pureza y suavidad del vodka. Luego se mezcla con agua mineral natural para alcanzar el grado alcohólico deseado antes de embotellarlo.
