It is an organic wine is produced using the Méthode Classique cup and it does not employ the use of fining and sulfur is limited to the maximum.
It belongs to the winery Laibach Wineyards, located in the valley of Simonsberg in South Africa. 80% Pinotage and Chenin Blanc 20%: for processing two different grape varieties are used.
Grapes are harvested early in the morning and a 100% hand according to the ripeness of each grape variety.
The alcoholic content by volume is 11.5 vol
We recommend serving it between 6°C and 8°C.
