60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Fermented at 50% on stainless steel tanks and 50% of French oak barrels, remain on its lees for three years to finally stay for 8 months aging in French oak barrels.

A wine to enjoy after his release, we let it ripen for four more years in the bottle.
