Las Bodegas de Crianza de Pozaldez S.L. es una bodega nueva creada en la Denominación de Origen Rueda, es resultado de las inquietudes enológicas de sus propietarios, que además de ser socios son amigos y han cumplido el sueño que tenían en común desde temprana edad, estudiando Ingeniería Agrícola.
En 32 hectáreas de viñedo de variedad 100% Verdejo se escogen uvas de calidad para elaborar este grandioso vino. Liberso es el primer vino creado en esta bodega, interesante y distinto, producto de descubrir los límites que posee varios valores de esta variedad de uva como la es el verdejo.
Para obtener este resultado, se elaboraron 18 vinos diferentes; vinos que han pasado por varios procesos, el primero en tanques de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada y criado con sus lías durante 7 meses para conservar su espontaneidad. Por otra parte, individualmente se elaboraron 17 vinos fermentados y criados durante 7 meses en barricas de roble francés, americano y húngaro de 12 de los mejores toneleros del mundo y en 3 volúmenes diferentes 225, 300 y 500 litros.
