Origin of the grapes: Vineyards over 30 years old in the Boada de Roa area, planted at about 850 meters above sea level on gravel and clay soils.

Preparation: Manual harvest in small boxes. Careful selection of the clusters on the table. Bleeding and short maceration of 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature to retain all its fruity aromas and flavors in the wine.

Recommended service temperature: Very cold, less than 5ºC.

Winery Vineyards

Tr3smano is nourished by large vineyards located in three of the best wine-growing subzones of the Ribera del Duero located on the Golden Mile, in Valladolid. Between them they add up to a total area of ​​about 55 hectares of vineyards, although all of them have very low production.

All the vineyards are planted primarily with Tempranillo or Tinta del País - Tinta Fina, but the grapes used to make Proventus Rosado Ice come from a Prieto Picudo vineyard in the Boada de Roa area.

The work is carried out completely manually with the greatest possible care to respect the quality of the grapes.
