The Valdueza red wine is made with 53% of Syrah, 29% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 18% Merlot. Belonging to the D.O. Wines from the Earth of Extremadura. Technical address runs from Dominique Roujou de Boubée. The vineyards are located on the Perales farm, in Merida, which presents a unique terroir characterized by the ground, the subsoil, the plant layer, the extreme climate and the performance of the man. This wine has a parenting made in two phases the first one that occupies 52% is made in stainless steel deposits with controlled temperature. The second of 48% of parenting in French oak barrel. Serving this wine at a temperature of 15º, before being served it is advisable to decant it.
