This made from 100% grape variety Listán Blanca, a type of grape of the most traditional Canary Islands.
The grapes are de-stemmed and subjected to a short cold maceration of 24 hours, press and makes the alcoholic fermentation in tank stainless steel, once finished the fermentation passes barrels 228litros French oak to stay 12 months of aging on its own fine lees.
The alcoholic content by volume is 13.5 vol
We recommend serving it between 8°C and 10°C.

Presenta un color amarillo-dorado brillante con densos destellos.
NOSE
Aromas a frutas asoleadas (peras en almíbar, pétalos de rosa, esencia de azahar).
MOUTH
Es denso, suave, algo cariñoso, goloso y perfumado. Llena con su presencia pero no satura, su buena acidez hace que no resulte empalagoso.
