Wine red excellence of Emilio Clemente
The Vino Tinto excellence of Emilio Clemente of the Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O. Utiel Requena is made with grapes Cabernet (52%) and Merlot (48%).
Harvested by hand in workshops at night to ensure perfect temperature. It is fermented in open French oak barrels of 300 l., with constant manual 0ver that put the skins in contact with the mosto‐vino. There is a rear malolactic fermentation in the same barrels where ages its own Lees contact for 16 months.

De color rojo picota con leve ribete teja y reflejos rubí. Abundante lágrima que destaca por su buena potencia aromática.
NOSE
Interesantes aromas minerales contrapunteados por toques ahumados y flores secas (lavanda, espliego), sobre un fondo de fruta madura roja algo licorosa y fruta negra compotada. Notas torrefactas de moka y chocolate con leche.
