SPANISH WHITE WINE CAN CREDO 2010

Made from grapes Xarel.lo suits the terrain and climate that surrounds it, from a vineyard that has been grown according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture.

All the grapes for the manufacture of San Creed vintage hand and before pressing passes through manual selection table.

In the preparation process, the grapes are destemmed and then macerated with the skins. The must fermented in oak barrels and aged for 33 days.

TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE CAN CREDO 2010:

Given noted for its straw yellow with slight golden highlights and steely edge. It is a clear and bright wine. Medium intensity, expressive, delicate and very well defined.

Mineral aromas on the nose with hints of white stone fruits, citrus notes, floral and soft roasted mild memories that make an elegant and pure nose.

The palate includes an elegant entrance with smooth, balanced and subtle step. It is silky and tense. It is clean, structured, with good acidity, deep and rebellious. It has a slightly toasted and mineral aftertaste.

WHITE WINE PAIRING CAN CREDO 2010:

It combines brilliantly with white meats ovens, grilled salmon and vegetables.

The ideal temperature to serve this product is between 10º and 12ºC
