Wine red Bro Valero Petit Verdot
The Vino Tinto Petit Verdot is a red wine that belongs to the wineries and vineyards BROVALERO. Denomination of origin has the stain and is composed of grape variety Petit Verdot (100%).
Elaboration: The vineyard is located 710 meters above sea level, with cold winters and hot and dry summers, that attached to a sandy soil can cause a strong fluctuations of temperatures day/night during the grape harvest, obtaining that the maturation of the grapes is optimal. Vintage machine is made with own grape, which makes that we can do it at the right time of maturation, and during the night with lower temperatures. All the harvested grapes is passed by the selection table and then colouring in small capacity for fermentation tanks. Daily overpumping and two delestage are performed during fermentation to pump more colour and aromas. Once the alcoholic fermentation, it bleeds without pressing to have tempranillo varietal purity.
