White wine - SO2
The white wine - SO2 with D.O. Costers del Segre by the winery Castell D'encus, Talarn (Lleida) is a bivarietal wine grapes Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The grapes are planted between 850 and 1000 meters of altitude. The harvest is done manually in small boxes of 10kg. To produce a part of the must is fermented in tanks of stone and the rest in oak barrels.
After vinification SO2 becomes aged for 10 months in barrels.

NOSE
Gran complejidad, notas de fruta fresca no fermentada como pera y frutas de hueso, junto a ligeras notas de roble fino.
MOUTH
Muy fresco, complejo. Largo pero sin llegar a ser amplio en ningún momento. Se deja notar la acidez que integra las notas aldehídicas, dando una sensación final elegante.PAIRINGS
