SPANISH RED WINE Roda I 2007.

Roda and Roda I are two wines that have been raised together until the time one year in foster care. It is then performs the final assembly of either wine. The character of Roda I is black fruit, depth and mineral notes, a wine that flows more slowly.

NOTE: We recommend decanting before serving.

NOTES: MADE IN French oak vats with controlled temperature and with grapes from old vines selected.

The Roda I 2007 red wine is a wine made from the Tempranillo grape variety (100%) provinientes of vineyards over 30 years producing 1.5 kgs. per vine.

The red wine vintage Roda I 2007 was held from September 12 to October 9.

Fermentation takes place in oak vats with controlled temperature and subsequently remains 16 months in French oak barrels. 50% new and 50% of a wine and another 20 months in bottle.

The red wine bottling Roda I 2007 was conducted in April 2008.

Stabilization Roda I 2007 is by natural methods and fining with egg white.

Wine Tasting Notes Red Roda I 2007:

View: Intense, deep layer, bottom cherry red piping.

Nose: With fruit on wood forming a set of enormous elegance. It's intense, stands the black plum and chocolate and in a second level appear sweet spices and soft minerals. Wooden highly integrated, barely noticeable. Very fresh, balanced and elegant.

Mouth: very silky touch, sweet tannin, impeccable. Medium volume, very long, with no trough. Very cool to feel intense black plum fruit beside the black chocolate. Air, not heavy in the mouth but completely filled.

Aftertaste: Fruity and fresh with hints of cocoa. Une freshness and sweetness perfectly.

Harmony: Perfect balance between volume, silkiness, and fresh fruit.

 
Excellent wine in terms of balance and elegance. It is less emphatic and armed 2005 but of enormous subtlety.

Very pleasant to drink now, and great to accompany a good meal.

Surprised the quality of tannins and length.
 
Harvest:
• 587 mm. which precipitation of 204 mm. were collected in the previous autumn.
