The harvest took place on September 28, on a diminishing moon day, following the biodynamic principles and collecting the grapes in 17 kg boxes.

In the winery, a complete offspring was held and 70% of the grape was squeezed. Fermentation was carried out naturally with native yeasts, followed by malactic fermentation in stainless steel deposits. Subsequently, the wine was opted during the cold winter and finally bottled.

After a year of breeding in the bottle, this wine reached its fullness, showing all its characteristic complexity and elegance.
