Grapes of the Albariño variety, following a rigorous and careful process to guarantee their varietal purity. The vineyards are cultivated on sandy loam, granitic and slightly acid soils. Pneumatic pressing with separation of musts. Static racking. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. Rest in deposit for 8 months
Consumption temperature: 10 - 12° C
