The red wine Balbás Ritus private selection is made with 75% Tempranillo grape and Merlot 25%. Ribera del Duero. It is a modern wine, following the criteria of the "payment wines", since the two varieties have been planted in the same plot at 940 meters. It has an 18 -month breeding in French oak barrel and 12 months in bottle The red wine ritus private selection is included in the "Peñín Guide" of the best wines in Spain 2009.
Serving this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, before being served it is advisable to decant it 20 minutes.

Vista: In view it is presented clean cherry, with a garnet edge.

Bodegas Balbás se fundó en 1777, siendo una de las bodegas familiares más antiguas de la D.O. Ribera del Duero. Actualmente continúa gestionada por la familia y dirigida por la sexta generación. La familia Balbás formó parte de la creación de la D.O. Ribera del Duero estableciendo las normas de calidad según la tradición heredada de más de 200 años.
