Leda is an assembly of different fine -red plots with yields of 2,500 kg/ha. They are ancient Tempranillo clones adapted to the extreme continental climate and the floor of Valle del Duero.
There are various types of pruning. Wiper and squeezed grape vinification. Cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at high temperature in closed deposits.
17 months breeding in barrels. Five months of rest in deposit before the bottling, without passing by cold, filtered by plates and clarified with egg albumin.
Dark cherry cherry color with a garnet edge.
Medium-high power aroma nose, but very complex and elegant at the same time, with very well integrated balsamics, good mature red fruits are also perceived, good toasted from the wood, along with smoked, vanilla and mineral touches.
In the mouth it is tasty, fleshy, the retronasal step is of quality and remembers the aromas of nose. Long and persistent final.
