The Vino Tinto verses of Valtuille is a young red wine belonging to the D.O. Bierzo and elaborated with grape variety 100% Mencía.
Its vinification process has been done by Estevez wineries and vineyards, giving as a result a young red wine quality and with the essence of wines of D.O. Bierzo. The process begins with a selection of quality table grapes and stays of 4 to 5 days macerating tanks of stainless steel at low temperature to achieve the maximum of aromas extraction.
Below, is an alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Once complete, it will discover the wine and is stored in vats of wood with a capacity of 7550 l. subjected to a natural micro-oxigenacion, filing its tannins and complex its bouquet.
