Vermouth-Campari
The Vermouth, Campari is una unique and unmistakable recipe that has characterized Campari aperitif par excellence for over 150 years.
The inimitable Campari recipe, used as base for many cocktails served all over the world, as has been since its inception and has been a secret closely guarded, passed from one to another over the years.
Campari was the result of experiments of Gaspare Campari to preparing new drinks. Today is still done with the same ingredients and following the same recipe confidential, which continues being secret and only known to the few people in charge of the production processes.
Campari is the result of the infusion of herbs, aromatic plants, fruit in alcohol and water, these last being the only known ingredients. Many have tried to guess the number of ingredients; Some say 20 or 60, but some numbered them at 80.
Over time has grown appreciation and respect for this unique and historic brand, recognized and appreciated around the world today in day.
The history of Campari began in Novara, 1860. About 40 years later opens the first production plant in Sesto San Giovanni and the company starts exporting to abroad. It is the beginning of a success story that has no signs of stopping.
Graduation alcoholic of the Vermouth-Campari 1L: 28.5 degrees.
