Only the pineapples which subsequently undergo a delicate process of baking ovens of stone and mud to make way for the extraction of the Mead are left. This Mead is fermented until the sugar is consumed in the fermentation process, turning it into alcohol to continue with a double double distillation in copper stills to maintain the distinctive flavor of natural agave.
Process resulting in a delicious Mexican drink with Crystal and bright color with blue sparkles, essence of agave, citrus notes, fruit and a sweet flavor balanced with spices, which make Cuervo traditional tequila.
