TAIKA Sparkling Wine

The TAIKA Sparkling Winewith D.O. Costers del Segre by the winery Castell D'encus, Talarn (Lleida), is a bivarietal wine made with grapes Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The harvest is manual and collected in small boxes of 10 kg of grapes exclusively own farm. Vinified in vats of 25 Hl at low temperature. Fermentation is stopped when the wine has residual sugar appropriate to generate the fermentation in the bottle.

In this way all the sugar fermentation in the bottle comes from the same grape.
