Rivesaltes Ambre Hors d'age sweet wine is a sweet wine made by Domaine Lafage AOP Rivesaltes Ambré designation. It is the result of the blend of Grenache grapes. Born of the soil of cobble Pebble near the Mediterranean Sea, in the land of Perpignan. A pre-selection of the grapes in the vineyards and manual harvesting is made and then performs a second selection of the grape in Winery. Poured into oak barrels of many years, raised them in supervised temperature cellars.

A deep color amber is rich and complex, with floral aromas of dried apricots and roasted coffee. It offers a great balance and persistence on the palate to give off hints of candied fruits and notes of brioche.

It pairs with aperitifs, blue cheese, desserts with coffee and sweet pastries.
