En copa color amarillo pajizo pálido, con formación de rosario de burbuja fina constante y persistente corona.
NOSE
Aromas que recuerdan las notas de crianza (pan seco tostado, bollo, levadura) con fondo de fruta madura (plátano, melocotón blanco), piel de naranja y predominio de notas minerales (algas, salobre).
MOUTH
Redondo y sedoso en boca, con carbónico medianamente integrado, donde la sequedad en azúcares queda compensada por su cremoso tono. Afrutado y final ligeramente amargo.
