Silvanus red wine

The Asenjo & Manso winery is located in La Horra (Burgos), the municipality with more hectares of vineyards assigned to the Ribera de Duero origin. The cultivated variety is the Tempranillo, the native of the area. The vineyards, with an age between 10 and 100, are not treated with chemicals or herbicides and only natural fertilizers are used. The future of wine comes from recovering tradition, knowing where we come from, knowing our past to improve the future. 12 months in French oak barrels (80%) and American (20%). Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.
