Located in the so -called "Golden Mile", the most prestigious area of the denomination, wineries and vineyards Viña Mayor combines the great virtues of the Ribera del Duero. A winery with an innovative vocation and a deep respect for the environment (Wineries for Climate Protection (WFCP).

ELABORATION PROCESS

After a rigorous monitoring of maturation, the harvest is done manually in 20 kilos boxes. Fruit manual selection table. Described and squeezed very light. Cold prefermentative maceration for 4 days, with a total maceration 20 days. Malactic fermentation in deposit at controlled temperature.

AGING

Aged and bottled in the property. French oak aging during 12 months, and a minimum of 10 months in bottle. The parenting granted, gives rise to a wine with greater complexity and personality with a lot of fruit intensity.
