He Sanchomartín Red Wine of Bodegas Emilio Moro, this red wine of the DO. Ribera del Duero, elaborated from the varieties of grapes 100%Tempranillo (fine red).
Praised by national and international criticism in different vintages, this excellent wine elaborated from a single payment is a real enjoyment for the most demanding palates for their expressiveness and combination of nuances.
This wine has been named in honor of the Sanchomartín payment, whose vineyard grows on limestone-clay soils around Duero fisheries, in the province of Valladolid. Wines from this terroir are tannic and have a marked acidity, which makes them ideal for wood breeding and gives them excellent conditions for overmaduration.
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration has been made in small stainless steel deposits at controlled temperature for 28 days. Subsequently, after its malactic fermentation (30 days) in French oak barrels, it raises new French oak barrels for 18 months.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Before being served it is advisable to decant it.
The history of the Moro family is written since 1932 as a project of three generations rooted in the Ribera del Duero and dedicated to discovering the characteristics of its terroir to transmit them in wines with personality.
At the moment Bodegas Emilio Moro It has 200 hectares of vineyards, most of which are located around the fishing of Duero, the birth town of the founder of the winery, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.

La Bodega Emilio Moro fue fundada en 1987, en el pueblo de Pesquera de Duero, que es conocido como “la milla de oro del vino” para la calidad de su tierra. Se trata de una bodega familiar (tercera generación).
El primer viñedo se ha plantado en 1933, año de nacimiento de Emilio Moro. La bodega elabora sus vinos exclusivamente a partir de la variedad de uva Tinto Fino.
