Red Wine Vicious

Notes on 2020 VICIOUS RED WINE 2010:

This wine belongs to the IO Somontano.
The grape variety is used; 40% Syrah, 20% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha and 20% Cabernet.
The production of this wine has multiple processes. First, venidimia is done in the first week of October at night. Selecting the best plots.
Part of the wine, once it passes destemmed stainless steel tanks and fermented at controlled temperatures between 24 and 28 º C. After raising is done in 225 liter French oak and finally, aging in bottle.

WINE TASTING:
In view; has a deep misty appearance, highlighting a cherry red color with violet hues.
The nose; aromas of black and red fruits, toasted and species assemblies.
The palate; is very wide, round and are left notes perceive fruit, toast and spices.
