Velvety 2012 red wine is a young wine made from 100% Tempranillo, all from Pesquera de Duero. His craftsmanship and a small number of bottles produced, have allowed the creation of a highly complex wine that can be enjoyed by everyone.
It has been made with a pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days at 5°C and fermented at 26°C, making not very long Total maceration.
It has a period of 6 months aging in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES RED WINE VELVETY 2012:
In view wine stands out as a high and intense violet tones layer.
The nose is characterized by high intensity, where you will find a mixture of fruit flavors like raspberry and currant, with some mineral notes and a spicy aroma coming from the barrel.
In the mouth to be a long, persistent and wine with some sweetness. In them we find retronasal aromas on the nose but with even greater intensity.
RED WINE PAIRING VINYA VELVETY 2012:
It combines beautifully with all kinds of red meats, roasts and stews.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 15º and 17º.
