Valquejigoso project is a vineyard located in the southwest of the province of Madrid, the project was initiated Colomo Carmona family in the early 90s. Over the years it has developed planting the vineyard , the winery building and especially where it is dedication has contributed to knowledge of the soil of this area .

In the 38 ha. vineyard with aptitude to develop Valquejigoso V2 2007 , there characterized 69 plots , because due to the topography , soil profiles and exposures are varied within our vineyard why microplots are generated with very particular characteristics. All these plots are worked throughout the year with different viticultural practices , always from the point of view of respect for the environment surrounding each of the plants, so that each microplot in each vintage to express everything that happened in that place .

In 2007 Valquejigoso V2 grapes used 23 of the 69 plots , being the varietals that make this wine the Cabernet Sauvignon , Syrah , Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot , Merlot and Negral latter native of Madrid. After a special processing for each of the plots and after 27 months of aging in new French oak barrels , the wines of these plots reached the maximum expression of terroir , performing bottling this wine in May 2010.

This wine is designed so that in the years to evolve into its fullness, which is evidenced by its pillory intensive red color, aromatically is highly complex nose that will change over time, but always remember to fruit mature black , the minerality as graffiti , balsamic , along with aromas of scrub and fine spices on the palate is very fresh with very firm but elegant tannins , with great balance between fruit , minerality.
Valquejigoso 2007 V2 can have anywhere in the world in perfect harmony with the most exquisite and demanding cuisine of each region .
