Vineyards

They are old vineyards who have overcome time and that now Sotomanique has determined to recover and restore since their purchase in 2016. There are currently about 20 hectares of small vineyards, working in the organic in order to seek the highest personality of the variety where This Garnacha is located between 700 and 1100 meters above the middle level of the sea. 

What is done now is a classification of all cereros places in order to study the particularities of each vineyard, learn and understand them in order to offer the necessary care to each in particular.
