In Gomáriz Coto, today 28 work ha. of vineyard in more than 40 different plots. Each plot was projected according to the type of soil, disposal for a type of concrete wine, planting the most appropriate varieties. They work in a concept of viticulture very close to biodynamics or organic viticulture. Without reaching the "Talibanism" of some currents, the lands are occupied with only products of natural origin, arranged in the winery itself: alcoholic infusions or extractions of plants. They do not manipulate any type of synthesis or insecticide product. Only some sulfur and a total amount of minimal copper. Used more as fertilizer than as an antiseptic. The vineyards have grass in their streets, because they try to keep the ground. This makes their wines special, of those that do not leave anyone indifferent.

Cherry-Picota. Rubí-Transparent Ribete with Rosaceous Flars. Clean, bright and with a very good tear.
NOSE
Fresh red fruit with some maturity, balsamic-moderated, dairy, some chuches, jelly beans, low mountain and licorice.
MOUTH
Soft, fresh and fruit input to red fruit, cherries, strawberries, raspberries. Tanino present but tasty. Nice step. Good acidity. Average not very long, but pleasant.
