Red Wine Suertes del Marques Candio

The red wine of Marqués Candio is called the ravine that crosses the vineyards, belongs to the D.O. La Orotava Valley located in Tenerife. It is made with 100% Black Listan grapes, a variety of ink grapes with presence in the north of the island of Tenerife. The red wine of Marqués Candio makes a 16 -month breeding in French oak barrel, 50% new barrels, 50% second year, 65% Allier, 35% Nevers. This wine after parenting in contact with its own lines is bottled without filtering. Serving this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, before being served it is advisable to decant it.

Tired Wine Suertes del Marques Candio: It is especially recommended for legumes, cured cheeses, sausages, grilled meats.
