Red Wine Stone Reserve: It is a wine from Bodegas Estancia Piedra, made with 75% grapes ink of Toro and 25% Garnacha from the vineyards of the farm farms Estancia Piedra (1968).
The vintage of the grape is done manually, in 20kg boxes, during the second half of September, when the grape reaches the cellar is placed at the selection tables for strict quality control.
The Red Stone Wine reserves an 8 -day fermentation in stainless steel tank of 15,000 liters at controlled temperature (maximum 25ºC) with frequent comebacks, then performs the malolactic fermentation in barrels and the raising of 18 months: 85% French oak and 15 % American oak. The Red Piedra Reserva wine has a bottle breeding of minimum 36 months. A filtration is performed during the very light bottling.
Piedra Reserva wine is a specially recommended wine to accompany red meat and hunting stews.

NOSE
Aromas of wild fruits, sotobosque appear, along with the black fruit, minerals and balsamic. All well assembled with the subtle aromas of good wood, vanillas, torrefactos, chocolates ... that are further enhanced by retronasal route.
