Maceration for 24 hours. alcoholic fermentation with pumping newspapers in stainless steel tanks for 8 days at controlled temperature of 24 ° C to preserve and extract the maximum fruity aromas. post-fermentation maceration for 24-48 hours. malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. 12 months is aged in American oak Bordeaux barrels (80%) and French (20%). Minimum of 24 months of rest in the bottle until its refinement.
The alcoholic content by volume is 13.5 vol
