It is made from vines more than 30 years located in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria harvested by hand, after a soft pressing the macerated wine cold in contact with the skins for 48 hours later to make alcoholic fermentation at a temperature contralada maximum of 28ºC receiving pumping light for 8 days. post-fermentation maceration for 48 hours and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. 12 months aged in 70% new American oak and 30% second year French oak. Minimum of 1 year of rest in the bottle until its refinement.
The alcoholic content by volume is 13.5 vol
We recommend serving it between 13°C and 15°C.
