Bodegas Séptima, presents the Séptima Malbec Red Wine from the Mendoza appellation of origin (Argentina). It is made from the 100% Malbec grape variety.
The grapes were harvested and the juice was extracted. The must was placed in a stainless steel tank and cold maceration was carried out to extract the aromas and color. Yeasts were then added and the wine was fermented at a temperature between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius for 7 to 10 days. Daily pumping over was carried out until the end of fermentation, and then the wine was bottled. The wine was then stored in the bottle for 3 months.
