Red Wine Reserva Viña del Olivo

Red wine elaborated with the varieties of grape Tempranillo wine Graciano and 90% 10% by the Contino Winery, where coexist in perfect harmony, tradition and innovation. Belonging to the Rioja D.O.Ca.

We selected grapes in perfect state of maturation and harvested manually from our own vineyards around the estate of San Rafael. These grapes after Destemming, fermented in 10,000-litre wooden tubs.

Breeding is carried out for 17 months in American and French oak barrels. And finally, aged for a 1 year in bottle ageing in the cellars until the market.

The perfect service of this wine temperature varies between 16 and 18 °.
