Rating: The two great estate wines Dominik A. Huber and Eben Sabie made in Torroja del Priorat Les and Les Tosses Manyes. Both, with a great personality and elegance. But Les Manyes has the distinction of not only being a single varietal Grenache but come from a farm where the soils are not typical slate ( llicorella ) but quartz, limestone and clay.
Aging: Aged for 24 months in foudres 600 l French oak and bottled by gravity without filtration or clarification.
Alcohol: 14.0%
Optimum serving temperature: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
