The Red Wine Reserva Covila belongs to the vineyards and wineries Covila and has a DOCa Rioja.
It consists of 100% Tempranillo grape.
Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with stemmed grapes and cold maceration. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. At the end of the fermentation period aged for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels and then it goes to rest two years in bottle during which the wine is rounded.
The alcoholic content by volume is 14 vol
We recommend serving it between 16°C and 18°C.
