Bodega Quinta Sardonia es una bodega de vino ubicada en la región vinícola de Castilla y León, en el norte de España. Fundada en 1998, la bodega se encuentra en la localidad de Sardón de Duero, en la provincia de Valladolid.
La bodega cuenta con viñedos propios ubicados en las laderas del río Duero, con altitudes que oscilan entre los 800 y los 900 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Los viñedos se cultivan principalmente con las variedades de uva Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot y Syrah.
Entre los vinos que elabora Bodega Quinta Sardonia se encuentran tintos y blancos. Su vino más destacado es el Quinta Sardonia, un vino tinto elaborado con uvas Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot y Syrah, con una crianza de 18 meses en barricas de roble francés. También producen otros vinos como el Sardón de Duero y el QS2.
