The grapes used to obtain Primus Carmenere are harvested by hand, double selected and macerated in open steel tanks with native yeasts. After fermentation they remain on their skins to give them structure and soften their finish. The best batches of the harvest are selected, harmoniously mixed and aged in French oak barrels for twelve months. This makes the Carmenere grape, the best fruit of the Chilean valleys, transformed into expressive wines, of great elegance, balance and freshness, a perfect accompaniment for different gastronomic styles.
