The Red Wine Prados Syrahcomes from the wineries Pagos Del Mocayo and is included under the PDO Campo de Borja.
The wine is composed of the variety Syrah.
Manually harvest in mid-September. The stemmed grapes made a maceration for 5 days. After maceration and simultaneous fermentation for 4 days during which the grapes are stepped in the morning and afternoon. Alcoholic fermentation finished in barrels and malolactic ushered made in the same barrels.
The alcoholic content by volume is 14,(% vol.
We recommend serving it between 14°C and 16°C.
