Wine red matured black sorrows
Vino Tinto Peñas Negras matured from the Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O. Utiel Requena grapes half Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%).
Produced on a farm with a special microclimate that gives back and has targeted irrigation. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, is carried out a pre-fermentation maceration by cold at 7 ° C in order to extract the maximum amount of aromas and colors. Aged in barrels of 225 l. French oak for a period of 5 months, in which wood it gives softness, marked tannins and a pleasant silkiness.

Destacable por su equilibrada sensación de frescura y madurez. Cubierto de capa, completamente púrpura, es un vino de color rojo rubí, acusando en el ribete el paso del tiempo en forma de matices teja, mostrando una lágrima muy glicérica.
NOSE
En nariz es de intensidad aromática media‐alta de fruta roja ácida y frutas negras, moras y arándanos, con notas especiadas, regaliz y algo de pimienta.
